Trecco Bay

The extension opens the ground floor to the garden and gives the house a kitchen large enough to gather in: a 24 square metre kitchen and dining room, lit from above by a long rooflight and opened to the patio by bi-fold doors. Beyond it the plan keeps the existing living room and hobby room.

Upstairs, the new flat roof is finished in EPDM with a rooflight of its own, and glazed Juliet doors let the main bedroom look out over the garden.
